We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own house. We're a family business, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we take care of it before the day is out.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you have to wonder.
